On the site of the Chinese telecommunications equipment certification center (TENAA) has a description of the new smartphone company Vivo – X5V. In appearance, the machine is no different from the previously presented “musical” model X5 and the characteristics of the X5 and X5V identical with one exception: the clock speed eight-processor contains X5V of 1.5 GHz and 1.7 GHz is not as in the X5-based SoC MediaTek MT6592.
It is unlikely that an updated version of the smartphone will get old, and even to the same and “derated” processor, otherwise what is the use of an update? Therefore suggests that the hardware basis Vivo X5V served SoC is quite different – Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 c support 64-bit computing.
Recall that the company recently introduced a smartphone Oppo R5, which just uses an eight-CPU 1.5 GHz as part of SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 615. So it is likely that Vivo has gone by Oppo.
So far, alas, nothing is reported when Vivo X5V go on sale and how much it will cost.
