LG Nuclun – first processor LG mobile


    The company LG Electronics (LG) introduced its first application processor for mobile devices.

    Eight-core model with support networks to 4G, dubbed Nuclun (pronounced Well-Klun), made its debut in the smartphone LG G3 Screen, designed specifically for the Korean market.

    In the processor architecture used ARM big.LITTLE, will integrate high performance and low power consumption.

    Four core ARM Cortex-A15, running at 1.5 GHz, provide high performance and quad-core ARM Cortex-A7, running at 1.2 GHz, used in less demanding tasks.

    The processor supports 4G network of new generation (LTE-A Cat.6), in which the data transfer rate of 225 MB / s, while maintaining backwards compatibility with existing networks LTE.

    G3 Screen Smartphone inherited design, camera, and some other features of the model LG G3. Thus it differs display large in size and powerful loudspeaker (1 W). Screen Size Type IPS – 5,9 inches, resolution – 1920 x 1080 pixels.

    Configuration smartphone running the operating system Android 4.4 KitKat, includes 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory. The equipment includes a slot microSD, main camera resolution 13 megapixel with optical stabilizer (OIS +) and front camera of 2.1 megapixel resolution.
