Popular electronics manufacturer Toshiba has prepared to release a new convertible tablet Portege Z20t. Apparently, the convertible tablet from Toshiba, Portege Z20t, successfully passed the test and received approval from the FCC, so the appearance of the tablet in the US market has become imminent.
This model’s predecessor, the 11.6-inch convertible ultrabook Portege Z10t was released more than a year ago. The new model has a larger 12.5-inch screen. Just like its predecessor, the Toshiba Portege Z20t can be transformed from a notebook into a tablet by connecting the docking station with a keyboard. A new device with few details known until recently, documents filed by the company in the FCC reported a dual-band module Wi-Fi 802.11ac technology support and Bluetooth 4.0.
The prior model Portege Z10t Windows platform was designed primarily for corporate users and cost $ 1,499. Apparently, the convertible tablet from Toshiba, Portege Z20t, will go in its footsteps and will be receiving a management platform for Windows. Most likely, the new tablet will take advantage of the Intel Core M Broadwell processor family. All current information says its price will also be in the $ 1,400 – $ 1,500 range.
