One of the technical community Instructables user has created a very interesting device for mosquito control, but rather their larvae. As you know, for the development of mosquito larvae require quiet standing waters. Eggs stay at the interface due to surface tension forces. This robot is automatically activated upon contact with water, swim across the waters available, and every 10 minutes generates a fairly strong waves that can drown eggs and larvae bloodsuckers. Cost of construction is less than $ 10. Charging is carried out by means of solar panels, and all metal parts made of stainless steel, so the robot requires almost no maintenance.
