Apple began taking orders for monitor LG UltraFine 5 k


    Apple began taking orders for the monitor LG UltraFine 5 k in its official online store in the United States. The first deliveries of orders should be held within a few days, and later — from two weeks to a month. At the moment the monitor is available for $974, given temporary discounts. Reduced price will continue until March 31, 2017 onwards, and then revert to the standard level of $1299.95.

    LG UltraFine 5 k is equipped with 27-inch IPS-matrix display with a resolution of 5 k (5120 x 2880 pixels), which gives a density of 218 pixels per inch. Ports of entry are provided for Thunderbolt 3 and three USB 3.1 Type-C. Provides built-in camera and stereo speakers. One Thunderbolt, 3 cable included in the kit, is able to provide power 85 W MacBook Pro connected. Monitor is tightly integrated with macOS, you can adjust brightness and sound volume without the need for the buttons on the housing.
